劉煥良（MarkLiu），美國肯塔基大學蓋頓商學院（GattonCollege of Business & Economics, University of Kentucky）金融學終身教授,，金融學碩士項目負責人,。1994年本科畢業(yè)于武漢大學世界經(jīng)濟學專業(yè)，1998年獲加拿大西安大略大學( University of Western Ontario)經(jīng)濟學碩士學位,，2004年獲美國波士頓學院（Boston College）金融學博士學位,。研究領(lǐng)域為公司融資決策、兼并收購,、資本結(jié)構(gòu)和公司治理,。
劉煥良博士在Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance等金融學頂級國際期刊上發(fā)表學術(shù)論文10多篇。獲得美國東部金融學會最佳論文獎等多項獎勵,。
