李武(Kevin W. Li)博士目前是加拿大溫莎大學(xué)Odette商學(xué)院管理科學(xué)教授。2011年6月-12月和2015年5月-7月由日本學(xué)術(shù)振興會(huì)外籍聘用研究員項(xiàng)目資助到東京工業(yè)大學(xué)價(jià)值與決策科學(xué)系進(jìn)行訪問研究。主要研究方向包括決策理論與方法,、供應(yīng)鏈管理以及沖突分析等。李武教授的研究獲得兩項(xiàng)加拿大自然科學(xué)與工程研究基金會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)基金項(xiàng)目的支持,，同時(shí)也多次得到國(guó)家教育部春暉計(jì)劃短期項(xiàng)目支持,，參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目的研究。自2001年以來,，在國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表42篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,，李武教授的研究工作得到國(guó)內(nèi)外同行的廣泛引用(SCI/SSCI累計(jì)引用650余次，h指數(shù)16,；Google Scholar累計(jì)引用1365次,，h指數(shù)20)，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了較大的影響,，現(xiàn)任SSCI期刊《Group Decision and Negotiation》編委,。

報(bào)告摘要

We study manufacturers’ distribution channel strategies under endogenous environmental taxation where the government optimizes the tax rate conditional on manufacturers’ technologies and the industry structure. We find that, the environmental tax becomes less stringent when the distribution channel structure becomes more decentralized. This has important implications on manufacturers’ channel strategies. First, contrary to the classic double marginalization problem, a monopolistic manufacturer benefits from decentralization when its technology is sufficiently polluting. Second, with two competing manufacturers, both are more likely to decentralize in equilibrium when their technologies are more polluting.
